Social-Economic Empowerment
We actively support income-generating initiatives, including small-scale farming and handicraft production, to provide sustainable livelihoods.

Vocational Skills Development and Financial Literacy Training
We provide women—especially mothers—with hands-on vocational training in high-demand fields such as tailoring, agribusiness, hairdressing, carpentry, driving, and construction. These trainings are integrated with modules on financial literacy, savings culture, and business management, enabling women to manage personal and business finances effectively. By equipping women with employable skills and financial knowledge, we lay a foundation for long-term economic independence.

Income-Generating Initiatives and Microfinance Support
We support women-led small businesses through start-up capital in the form of zero-interest loans and savings schemes. Our initiatives include promoting small-scale farming, handicraft production, and group entrepreneurship. Women’s groups are formed to foster collective savings and investment, and we facilitate access to microfinance institutions to enable business growth and sustainability.

Community Mentorship, Monitoring, and Holistic Support
We establish strong women’s networks and mentorship programs that offer peer learning, emotional support, and business guidance. Regular household follow-ups and project evaluations help us provide tailored support, track progress, and improve impact. We also integrate holistic services such as counselling, healthcare, nutrition support, and spiritual wellness, recognizing that socio-economic empowerment must address both material and emotional well-being.
